Since 2010 we’ve been helping people address their daily aches & pains so they can live their lives and enjoy their favourite activities.
What started from a room in the Fitness First in Leyton, has grown to a multi-location, multi-award winning team in East London, and we work with much, much more than just sports-related injuries.
Or have a look around and see our resource centres, for desk-workers/working-from-home, runners, cyclists & triathletes, and general self-care tips for day to day life.
When you train for an event, as your training increases in intensity, frequency or duration it’s common for new aches, pains, and even injuries to come out of the woodwork.
Our Event Prep Package is designed to support you in your training, so you know what’s going on in your muscles & how to take care of them.

We’re proud to have some of the most dedicated, passionate and caring therapists around.
Ailish (she/her) comes from a dance background, loves cycling & running. She uses a combination of focused soft tissue and gentle stretches/mobility work to improve range of movement and reduce pain-creating muscle tension. She’s at Leyton & Walthamstow.
Aiden (he/him) left a corporate finance career to become a massage therapist in 2012. Familiar with the stress desk/computer-work can put on the body, he helps you improve posture & manage stress with multiple modalities.
Aida (she/her) qualified as a massage therapist in 2018. Through experiencing her own chronic pain and injuries she has developed a patient-centred practice, aiming to educate her clients and enable them to live pain-free.
@Leyton / Walthamstow
Hamad (he/him) noticed that years in an office started changing his body, so he decided to study osteopathy to learn how to help that. He loves investigating how things are connected in client’s bodies to find a holistic solution. He’s at Leyton and Walthamstow.
