LSM Clinic started in 2010 with one mission: to help people enjoy their life & favourite activities as close to pain-free as possible. 

We offer targeted, specialised sport & remedial massage therapy along with client education & resources so our clients are able to extend their results long after their session. 

This free challenge is a way to help anyone who sometimes struggles with neck, shoulder & back pain while sitting at their desk and computer, to avoid their aches, pains and niggles making this time of year worse.
