From 16-21 January, each day you’ll be encouraged to try one simple, five minute tip to get your glutes activating while you’re running, cycling, or training. 

Lack of glute activation can be a major factor in:

There won’t be time to explain how the glutes relate to ALL those things in 5 minutes a day, but what you WILL see is how much different it feels when your glutes are starting to participate more fully in your regular exercise routine. 

About Us

LSM Clinic started in 2010 with one mission: to help people enjoy their life & favourite activities as close to pain-free as possible. 

We offer targeted, specialised sport & remedial massage therapy along with client education & resources so our clients are able to extend their results long after their session. 

This free challenge is a way to help anyone who experiences niggles in their lower body (hips, knees, leg muscles) while they’re participating in their sport, in one of the most fundamental issues we see with our sports clients.
