Do you have an ache or a pain?
Could it be muscle-related?
Why be uncomfortable longer than you have to?
Stop by our FREE aches & pains clinic now available at Angel and Leyton.
You’ll get:
- A postural and movement assessment
- A stretch or an exercise to help it (if it’s muscle-related)
- A better understanding of your body
How it works:
You can either show up during one of our aches & pains clinic OR pre-book a time that works for your schedule.*
Tell us what your ache or pain is.
We’ll then have a look at your posture, ask you to do a couple of movement tests.
Based on what you tell us and what we see, we’ll give you a stretch, exercise or postural adjustment that should** help with your ache or pain.
We’ll also explain a likely cause of your problem, so you can have a better understanding of your body.
You’ll leave with a tool (aka a stretch, exercise or postural adjustment) to help your ache and pain and a better connection with what’s going on in your body.

**We’ll give you advice based on our experience and what has worked for our hundreds of clients. However, everyone is different and we can’t guarantee how much our suggestion will help you, as it does depend on a lot of different variables.
Important note: we are not doctors and we’re not physios. We do have years of experience supporting people with various aches and pains, but we’re not able to diagnose specific problems. We can assess your muscles and give you tips on posture and how you can take better care of yourself. While most aches and pains have a muscular component, many have other components as well. Your results will be based on a wide variety of factors and for that reason we can’t guarantee any results.
