We’re not able to do same day booking because we’re required to do a 24 hour screening for each client.
Important: When you complete your booking you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, please contact us to confirm the booking has gone through. If you have a gift voucher when booking online, please include the number in the notes or we may not be able to accept it on the day.
Waiting List: If we don’t have anything available in your preferred slot, please contact us to be put on the waiting list and we will contact you if we have any changes/cancellations.
Changes/cancellations: If you book online but then need to change or cancel, there is a link in your booking confirmation that will allow you to cancel and then reschedule. Alternatively, you can call us at 020 8185 7364 or email email@example.com – please note we have a 24-hours’ notice policy for changes or cancellations.
