The boot camp consists of 4 x 75-minute boot camp sessions, suitable for all fitness levels, and two free meals at Gym’s Kitchen. Participants also receive a healthy eating guide and nutrition suggestions for the duration of the boot camp and beyond, along with a training programme for the home and the gym to support the new healthy habits you’ll develop during the boot camp. Bella-Marie FitLife and the Boot Camp Sessions
Bella-Marie, owner of Bella-Marie FitLife, will be your trainer during the four weekly Boot Camp sessions. Each session is circuit-based, combined with cardio, body weight exercises, plyometrics and TRX bands. Gym’s Kitchen
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a healthier restaurant in Leyton than Gym’s Kitchen. Based on the principal that healthy eating should not be a task, they serve a variety of delicious, healthy meals including marinated grilled meats, fish, vegetables, and protein shakes. Discounted Post-Workout Massage
As an added bonus, on the four Saturdays of the boot camp, Leyton Sports Massage will be offering discounted post-workout massages to boot campers. Sports massage can reduce post-workout soreness and improve muscle recovery and is most effective within 24 hours of exercise. In fact, a study last year found that muscles that had been massaged directly after exhaustive exercise had a lower rate of inflammation-causing cells (cytokines) and a higher rate of muscle repair (technically, mitochondrial biogenesis). Usually £55.00, every hour-long post-workout massage on the Saturdays 19 or 26 of January or 2 or 9 of February will only be £40.00 for participants of the boot camp.
