Taster Hour at Leyton Sports Massage

August Tasters

Wednesday August 6, 20, and 27th, 16:00-18:00 with Neil

Free 10-15 minute taster/assessment at Leyton Sports Massage

As a UK Biomechanics Coach, Neil will also be offering free 10-min biomechanics screens during his taster hour this month. The biomechanics screen takes you through a number of movements to check for compensation patterns and Neil can offer simple remedial exercises to help make adjustments for those compensations. When you come for your taster please let Neil know if you’d like the biomechanic screen, taster massage, or if you would like a normal postural assessment.

If you’d like to try a therapist or have a chat, you can book in to see us for a free taster/assessment during taster hour. Tasters are open to any client who hasn’t had a session with Neil previously.
