When we closed our face to face appointments during coronavirus, we opened up video sessions which we are a still offering if you feel this may be more appropriate for you.

We’ve been doing them since March 2020, and they’ve proven incredibly effective.
A video session is very much like an in-person session, in that we still:
- do posture & movement assessments to see where your body’s at
- have you do 3-4 stretches or release techniques to reduce tension create the issues in the body
- explain how to do the self-care we did in the session on your own
So far video sessions have effectively helped:
- knee pain
- calf tension interrupting runs
- neck/top of the shoulder pain
- elbow tension/restriction
- lower back pain
The improvement clients have had from our video sessions has ranged from 30-100% improvement.

Heidi first came to the clinic because knee pain was interrupting her marathon training, and was the first client who had a video session when we had to close due to Coronavirus. In that session I walked her through stretches and foam rolling to release the muscles I would have done in a face to face session.
When we finished her knee pain / restriction felt 70% better. We’re continuing our video sessions while we’re closed to help her prepare for events later in the year, covering both activation exercises and self-care stretches she can use as part of her training.
