Membership is on a rolling contract basis – if you’d like to cancel at any time just give us 30 days notice and we will cancel your following payment.

There is no sign-up fee for the first time you sign up. However, if you cancel and want to re-join there is a £15 administrative fee.

If you cancel and re-join at any time your ‘anniversary’ will be reset to your new sign-up date for membership levels that receive an anniversary gift.

Membership freezes may be available, if a minimum of 30 days notice is given, please contact us if you’d like to freeze your membership at any time.

Once you sign up you have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund, no questions asked.
