Visualisations – Pay What You Can

Pay What You Can Visualisations to Manage the MANY Effects of Stress

It is SO important to manage stress levels. 

Stress has been shown:

  • to suppress our immune response (and we NEED our immune response),
  • negatively affect our thinking,
  • make our digestion worse, and
  • even affects our sleep, skin, and stomach fat. 

We’ve created these visualisations as pay what you can so anyone can use them to manage stress. You can buy them for as little as £1. 

These visualisations are to:

  • relax tense muscles (the upper and lower body relaxation visualisations)
  • bring your deep breath back and relax you to help you get a good night’s sleep (breathing visualisation)
  • relax specific muscles that are getting tight from day to day overuse (general & targeted body relaxation)
  • re-energise you (energising visualisation)
  • create a bubble around you to help protect your energy during the day (bubble visualisation)

They are pay what you can so they are accessible to everyone – we know a lot of people are facing uncertain futures right now. 

However, if your income is steady during this time and you are able to pay a bit more, we are incredibly grateful for your support. 

The income from this will support the clinic through the next few months, and our therapists. 

We are hoping that if everyone shares these, and enough people buy them even at a very low price, we may raise enough money to support other therapists who are unable to pivot or find other ways to make income during this time.

Breathing Visualisation: (woo level: 2)

This visualisation connects you with your diaphragm to encourage deep breathing. Deep breathing in your diaphragm is linked to the vagus nerve, which is very important to induce the relaxation response.

It will also help relax your neck, shoulders & rib cage.

I recommend using this before bed to help make sleep easier.

Energising Visualisation: (Woo level: 7)

If you feel tired/drained/spent, this visualisation helps make you feel re-energised.

Bubble Visualisation: (Woo level: 7)

When we are sensitive/empathic we easily pick up the stress/anxiety/panic of the world around us. This bubble visualisation helps create an energetic bubble around you to stop absorbing everyone else’s feelings & energy.
